About the Business
We give you 60 days to get the opinion of your friends and family to ensure you have made the right choice. We work hard to ensure you are delighted with your purchase but if for some reason you are not entirely happy then we will make a full refund. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Purchase any item and we will ship it to you free of charge to any destination in the world. Should your ring size change in the 12 months after purchase we will re-size it for you free of charge.
We undertake all re-sizing work with a laser to ensure invisible work and a perfect finish. Please note that we can only change the size of your ring once for free. Charges will apply otherwise, even in the first 12 months. We take pride in our work and are committed to creating the highest quality jewellery. We will therefore be happy to repair and maintain any jewellery bought from us for a lifetime.
