About the Business
I am driven by the visual inspiration we gain from surroundings in both architecture and natural elements. Aesthetics and context of my designs also reference influences of antique & ancient jewellery through positioning, materials and structure. This often leads to an overall expression of preservation in a contemporary manner.
Crafted, intricate details play against the qualities of wire worked metal, in an intriguing and considered aesthetic, true to its hand-crafted process. I aim to work with sensitivity towards all materials, appreciating their individual qualities.
Laura Moore creates bespoke, luxury pieces of jewellery made from solid metal rods. This means that every piece is unique with its own appreciation of materials and handcraftsmanship. Pieces often include layers adding structual stability and strength to the lightweight delicate designs.
