Her passion for jewellery began at the tender age of 13 when she would shadow her mother to antique fairs and auctions. This passion is now a thriving business.
Louise Canny has 27 years' experience in jewellery design and retail, and it is her passion and imagination that stir behind the elegant and iconic pieces she designs and creates today. In 1985 Louise began trading as Oddiquities - a Kirkcaldy shop full of antiques, curios and charm. In 1991, recognising a gap in the market for silver jewellery, Louise set up a gypsy wagon, known as The Strawberry Duck Wagon, in Kirkcaldy Mercat Centre.
The Eloise Original boutique and jewellers was opened in 1996 and continues to seduce those who stop by her imaginatively dressed windows displaying beautiful handmade jewellery, costume jewellery and designer jewellery. On this continued wave of success and popularity, Eloise Original is now available online.
